Rules for visitors of the CEZ ARENA

1. Each guest room and equipment of MFA (the Multifunctional Arena) is obliged to use so as to avoid harming them, or any other form of degradation of these assets.

2. At the request of the organizer, the visitor must show a valid ticket.

3. The ticket entitles the visitor to watch what is happening in MFA only in the sector, which is marked on the ticket.

4. Security checks are held upon entering the MFA. In justified cases, the inspections are carried out even within the MFA. A visitor is obliged to submit the inspections. Refusal of inspection may lead to restriction of entry.

5. Visitors are required to keep the areas, where they are granted access, clean and tidy.

6. Smoking and open flames are refused in all areas of MFA.

7. Visitors are obliged to respect the instructions of the organizers, law enforcement agencies and other persons appointed for that purpose. Uniformed service is entitled, to lead the visitor from the premises without compensation, if not following it´s orders.

8. Visitors are forbidden to bring and consume alcoholic beverages or other narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances. Visitors under the influence of alcohol and those substances have an entry ban.

9. Ban on bringing food and drinks into the auditorium.

10. It is forbidden to bring and use fireworks and articles which might cause danger to the health of other visitors or damage interior furnishings and equipment.

11. It is strictly prohibited from disposing of any objects on the ice or the production area, both during sports events and other sports and social events and outside events.

12. It is forbidden to photograph and film at the premises of the building without prior consent.

13. Visitors give their consent that photographs, films or videos with his/her person, which are taken during the event or in connection with it through any technical methods may be evaluated with no refund for visitors and no time or space restrictions.

14. Visitor agrees that the photographs, films or videos may be broadcasted on the internal projections in the MFA.

15. Entry with animals is prohibited.

16. The premises is forbidden to store bicycles, small motorcycles or other means of transport.

17. To move between premises of the MFA, visitor is only allowed to use walkway solely established for this purpose.

19. In case of wounds and other injuries visitor must seek treatment or summon medical assistance for services in the infirmary and first aid from the reception.

21.The damage, injuries or accidents caused by carelessness or failure to operating rules, guidelines and responsible employees, not management of the Municipal Development Fund of Pardubice, as liability and any damage caused by the inappropriate behavior of visitors (non-compliance measures within the meaning of the Visiting Regulations) and will be enforced according to suffer applicable laws and regulations of the CR.

22. In the case of repeated non-compliance with the provisions of the visiting rules or any other serious offense which threatens the safety of persons in the building the visitor will be escorted from the premises without compensation MFA.

23. The owner of the building is in accordance with Act No. 274/2008 entitled to suspend or terminate the current sports podnik.Pořadatel SKCEA is required to interrupt or terminate the ongoing business to suffer, without compensation.

24. The provisions of the Visiting Rules are valid for the entire building, including the MFA, a small hall and parking area belonging to the MFA.
